Vaz Hovanessian
Vaz Hovanessian is a businessman with 25 years experience in financial services. He is a CPA with a Bachelor's degree in accounting and Masters in Applied Finance and holds considerable interests in property and tourism. He has been involved in ASX listed companies since 1993 and has held several positions on Resources and Technology companies, sits on several public company boards, and brings a wealth of corporate experience to Broad Investments.Appointed on 30 December 2003.

Johan Scholtz:
Mr. Scholtz obtained a Bach of Commerce Degree and became a Chartered Accountant in South Africa before entering private industry where he worked in the manufacturing and steel industries in senior accounting and corporate finance roles gaining experience in feasibility studies on large scale capital expenditure and infrastructure projects.
He spent six and a half years in NZ since 1993 where he focused on corporate management and advisory roles, turnarounds and working with small to medium public companies in directorship and senior roles before settling in Australia more than 5 years ago, where he has continued as the local General Manager of NZSX listed Zintel Limited, a medium sized telecommunications services and related hardware supplier to Small to Medium Enterprises.Appointed on 30 May 2005

Neil Gibson:
Non-executive Director. Mr. Gibson is an accountant with varied experience in business including company secretarial, stock broking, rural properties and hotels and 15 years in communications services business in Queensland, Northern Territory and country New South Wales. Appointed 22 September 2006.

Robin Armstrong:
Non-executive Director. Mr. Armstrong is a stockbroker and Director of Findlay & Co Stockbrokers Ltd which specialises in Broking services to retail and wholesale clients and Underwriting and Corporate Advisory Servicesto small to medium sized companies, and who has substantial experience with technology and mining floats.
